  • A Virtual Assistant provides various services to individual or businesses remotely. From diary management to business administration. I provide a range of flexible support services and can tackle everything from the tedious and time consuming to the complex. The tasks you don’t have the time, inclination or knowledge to tackle.

  • When you’re running a business, I understand the pressure is all on you with never enough hours in the day. Sharing the load puts you back in control so simply put, I free up your time. Whether it is for a one off task, regular support to cover for holidays, or even to help out in peak time such as month-end or year end, I can help.

  • This can range from diary management and appointments to patient communication and transcription. It can even be the tedious repetitive tasks that eat away at your time and freeing them up will allow you to concentrate on tasks more worthy of your time.

  • Short answer is I will keep you updated on the progress as often as required or so you are comfortable. If we work to a specific budget or on retainer I will always keep you updated on progress.

    I have particular pride in being open and honest while offering total transparency.

  • This is split into 2 answers. First is my hourly rate of £33 and you pay for the time you use. This allows you to know what to expect, no surprises no long term contracts.

    Or secondly is the retainer option where you sign up and know with certainty, the number of hours guaranteed for your business every month.

  • There are 2 different ways to hire me. Ad-hoc, or on a package/retainer. Both ways are explained in detail on my Services & Packages page
